Certification Programs for Business

FCPM provides a number of different certification programs for businesses, whether it's a Fortune 500 company, a small business, or anything in between.

Certification Programs

• Certificate in Organizational Management
  The Certificate in Organizational Management (COM) program is a comprehensive leadership and management program aimed at private-sector companies.  There are 8 four-day courses, known as Levels 1-8, plus required assignments and exams.  The COM program is currently being taught around the world, in Egypt, Kuwait, Dubai, and Bahrain.  It is also offered to private companies in the United States.  Clients include corporations such as Caterpillar, General Motors, Vodafone, Etisalat, and DHL Worldwide.
  
  
• Certificate in Supervisory Management
  The Certificate in Supervisory Management (CSM) is given when a COM student has completed Levels 1-4 and all of the homework for those classes.
  
  
• Certificate in Executive Leadership
  This comprehensive program is designed for Executive Leaders of any organization, to help them meet the unique challenges of a changing world.  This program includes 12 days of hands-on training in such topics as: Leadership, High-Performing Teams, Emotional Intelligence, Mentoring, Innovation, Performance Management, Strategic Thinking, Paradigms, and Systems Thinking.
  
  
• Certificate in Executive Leadership – Generation Y
  One of the biggest challenges facing organizations is to attract, retain, and develop “Generation Y” employees.  The CEL-Gen Y program is designed to prepare Generation Y to become successful employees and future leaders in a competitive world.  The program includes 12 days of training, plus supplemental readings, case studies, assessment tools, and experiential activities.
  

Graduates of these programs receive an official certificate issued by the Florida State University.
