Dan Vicker serves as a consultant and Senior Management Trainer for the CPM program and assists in many aspects of its development and administration. He received his doctorate in organizational communication from FSU. He has completed a master's degree in public administration at FSU, a master's degree in business administration at UWF, a bachelor's degree in systems science with an emphasis in management and accounting, and completed the organizational development/ leadership certificate program at UWF. He has conducted both qualitative and quantitative research projects as part of state employment and educational requirements. He has conducted many projects serving as a trainer/facilitator/ consultant in teambuilding, interpersonal communication, cultural diversity, intercultural/interracial communication, organization development, and management issues.
