Amy Gregory

Amy Gregory is the Southeast Region Family Safety Operations Manager at the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) in the Office of Child and Family Wellbeing. With over 24 years in Child Protection and more than 20 years in leadership roles, Amy focuses on driving performance improvement, enhancing frontline employee efficiency, and promoting agency success.

In addition to her role at DCF, Amy serves as Chair of the St. Lucie County Children’s Services Council, is an Advanced Examiner with the Florida Sterling Council, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Each of these roles reflects her commitment to her community, Florida’s families, and organizational learning.

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in Nonprofit Management from Florida Atlantic University. She is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner. A 2020 graduate of the CPM Program, Amy is passionate about leadership development. She is excited to join the team as an Adjunct Instructor, where she supports both emerging and seasoned leaders, equipping them with the skills to effectively manage complex organizations and drive meaningful change within the public sector.
