Heather Hendricks

Heather "HD" Hendricks is an Adjunct Instructor with FCPM and serves as the Manager, Workforce Planning for Sarasota County Government where the team supports over 2,400 employees and 1,100 volunteers.  She previously served in the private sector as Director of Talent at Dental Care Alliance, Director of Strategic Development at the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA), and Director of Strategic Planning & Development with the Great Job Spot Network.  HD served as the Southeast Membership Advisory Council for SHRM from 2022-2023 as well as the Immediate Past President, President, President-Elect, Conference Director, Secretary, Treasurer, Emcee and other volunteer roles from 2008-2022 for SHRM Florida, previously known as the HR Florida State Council.

HD obtained her Masters in Management, with a Concentration in Human Resources, and her Bachelor's Degree in General Business from the University of Central Florida. HD is a 2023 CPM graduate, and she is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Florida Certified Labor Relations Professional (FCLRP).
